We were thinking we would just do one long straight flat section with no logs and no hills. Ha, ha just kidding.
We will make it fun for all rider abilities.

Hahahaha, to bad I volunteered to work this event wheelchairs or maybe we could have rode on the same minute. hehehe. Don't worry I won't be laying out any trail, I'll just do what my elders (Layton) tell me to do, staple, staple, staple. Edited by Smudge - 23 March 2009 at 9:19pm |

Yes I am old but like Jim S posted the other day, it takes real dedication to ride a dirt bike when you get old.
And, it takes even more dedication to hike up and down those hills putting up arrows. Riding is easy compared to that.

Yes, you would have to ride on my minute, because you don't have a clue on how to keep time.

Gee I don't think Layton is that old. We're just starting our second childhood. It just keeps getting better.

Hello guys. Looking forward to the enduro. I just got another bike after about a 10 year break and am excited to get back into the games. I ride some dual sport rides right now (LBL 200 coming up) and thought the enduro stuff looked fun. This will be my first one so if you see a guy that looks confused come say hello to me :)

I emailed the POC and he said there is no PRE register. Register Sat night or Sun morning.
What are you riding chief? What class? Here is the flyer..... http://www.pgoffroadracing.com/Documents/Geneseo_Flyer_09_8.pdf Edited by WarrenM - 05 September 2009 at 9:11pm |

What does POC stand for? I wasn't going to pre register anyways. Just wondered where the start/club grounds/parking lot/staging area is? What class am I? You tell me what I should be. I'm happy just going for a nice trail ride on land that I don't get in trouble for. I'm 55 years old riding a 30 year old Bultaco Frontera 250.

Ya "point of contact"
I'm not sure about your class. I'm going open C I guess but you may be better off in a "vet" if they have one. I'm new to all this as well. The pdf flyer link I provided (also found in the first link) has the exits off of I-80. POC said there will be arrows guiding you in from there. Look forward to see ya there. Warren M |

I notice in the photos that are posted that almost every rider is running with bark busters and hand guards. Would any veterans of this ride recommend these. I have some but took them off.
